Each player is permitted to hold only one JollyP account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are instant. Withdrawals are subject to verification and standard processing times. Minimum withdrawal is ₱100.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. JollyP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JollyP will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JollyP ("JollyP," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the JollyP online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jollyp.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

JollyP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. JollyP will never contact you to request your password.
JollyP is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your JollyP account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. JollyP accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. JollyP aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
JollyP reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional documentation is required.
All transactions on the JollyP Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). JollyP does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.
JollyP reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, JollyP may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
JollyP may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. JollyP reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated validity period.
JollyP reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Players.
JollyP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
JollyP offers a range of online gaming products including slot games, dice games, bingo, and live event-based games such as Rooster Rumble. The availability of specific games may vary and JollyP reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
All electronic games on the JollyP Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and is not influenced by previous results, account history, or any other external factor. JollyP does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, JollyP reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. JollyP's decision in respect of any malfunction shall be final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform. The minimum bet across all JollyP games is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. JollyP reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JollyP Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the JollyP Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of JollyP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; modify or create derivative works based on any Content; use any Content for commercial purposes; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.
Any unauthorised use of JollyP's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
JollyP collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
JollyP implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and JollyP cannot guarantee absolute data security.

JollyP endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond JollyP's reasonable control. JollyP shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JollyP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if JollyP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JollyP's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JollyP account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JollyP accepts no liability for gaming losses incurred by Players. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the Player's own risk. It is the Player's sole responsibility to manage their gaming activity within their personal financial means.

JollyP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to JollyP, other Players, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, JollyP may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
You may close your JollyP account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
JollyP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JollyP will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and JollyP arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
If you believe JollyP has failed to comply with applicable gaming regulations, you may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. JollyP cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and investigations.
